Things to do in Anglesey.

 

The first recommendation is of course Rhosneigr!  Rhosneigr is a gorgeous little village in the South West of Anglesey, located on the coastal path.  The beach itself is beautiful.  It Stretches for miles and miles.  Ideal for families and the more adventurous too.  Whether you kite surf, surf, launch a boat or just want to sit and relax on the golden sands it has it all.  Set back from the beach is a beautiful quaint village, with a few shops, bars, restaurants and even a surf school.  Gecko surf is a great option to mix it up a little.  Gecko surf offers lessons for any age or group, Gecko Surf provides all equipment, you literally just have to turn up with a towel! 

Our next recommendation is Plas Cadnet hidden gardens.  There is plenty to see at Plas Cadnant.

The two acre Walled Garden with its pool, leads on to valley gardens planted with a huge array of interesting and rare specimens. There is something of interest right through the seasons. Spring features camellias; azaleas; rhododendrons and vibrant bulb displays. In summer the double herbaceous borders are a fantastic sight. Late season brings lovely hydrangeas in many different forms. All set off by interesting topiary. Not to be missed are the River Cadnant with its waterfalls and dramatic rock formations. You may also catch sight of one of our Red Squirrels.

The gardens are now open to the public as well as for private, pre-booked groups.
